MSC in Colombia Welcome New Priest |

On January 16, 2010, Deacon Eduard Alfredo Riascos Cárdenas, MSC, a member of the Colombia Section of the USA Province of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, was ordained a priest by Bishop Arturo de Jesús Correa Toro. The ordination took place at San Pedro Apóstol Parish in Túquerres, Nariño, Colombia and was attended by more than 1,000 people. Later that day, Eduard celebrated his first Mass for more than 500 people. Thank you to everyone who accompanied us in the celebration and to those who welcomed us into their homes with generosity and love. May God bless all our new priests and accompany and guide them in their ministries. Congratulations Fr. Eduard!
