You can also secure your reservation by calling us at (630) 892-2371 or by downloading and filling out the retreat registration form, which you can return by fax, mail, or email* to Grace Delgado, LHJ Director. Retreat CostsRetreat costs vary by location. All meals on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday are included in the cost for each retreat. For retreats in 2010, the following prices are in effect. Prices listed are per person and are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when you call.
Accepted Forms of PaymentWe currently accept payments by check and the following credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, AMEX® and Discover®. Please make checks payable to “Missionaries of the Sacred Heart”. If you are redeeming an LHJ Gift Certificate, please indicate this on your registration form. Cancellation PolicyWe understand that sometimes situations arise unexpectedly and that you may find yourself unable to attend the retreat for which you registered. We ask that if you must cancel, please notify us immediately. Your deposit, although non-refundable, may be transferred one time to another person or applied towards a retreat on a different date. For cancellations given with at least 48 hours notice, we will refund your payment minus the $40 non-refundable deposit or issue a credit towards another LHJ retreat, whichever you prefer. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, we will issue you a credit towards another LHJ retreat.
