Help us in our retreat ministry! We are looking for people to help us by passing out Life's Healing Journey brochures to friends, coworkers and/or fellow parishioners. If you know some people you think might be interested in one or more of our LHJ retreats, let us know and we'll send you the brochures so that you can tell them about this opportunity. Just e-mail Grace Delgado at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and include your name, address and how many brochures you would like us to send you. You can also contact Grace by calling (630) 892-2371 or send mail to her attention to Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, 305 S. Lake Street, PO Box 270, Aurora, IL 60507.
Know someone who needs healing in their life? Give them the gift of an LHJ retreat through an LHJ Certificate. You can also give the gift of an LHJ retreat to someone who otherwise could not afford it by sponsoring a retreatent. Contact Grace Delgado at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or at (630) 892-2371 for more details. Each retreat costs $115-150 per person (depending on location), but any amount is gratefully accepted and will help us reach out to people who are looking for spiritual healing but cannot afford a weekend retreat.

Fr. Mike Miller, MSC (Pastor of St. Therese Parish in Aurora, IL) reflects on St. Mary Magdalene, drawing from his experiences in Bogotá, Colombia where part of his ministry included working with Fundación Vida Nueva (New Life Foundation), an organization which works with prostitutes and their children to break the cycle of prostitution. Each of us, no matter what our background is, can be transformed by Jesus' presence like Mary Magdalene was. Click here to read an interview (in Spanish) with Nohora Cruz, founder of Fundación Vida Nueva.
